Very difficult experience buying from cxpadi
Summary:
-Transferred payment
-Didn't receive all the plugins listed in the sale (these things can happen due to complications with licence transfers, which I aknowledged)
-Tried to negotiate a partial refund (I made 2 fair offers that the seller declined saying no refund at all would be given)
- at this point I reported him to the moderators as he was refusing any refund despite having received full payment, without providing all the plugins listed in the sale (I told him once that I was going to report him and I did. I did not 'keep threatening him' as he says in his feedback).
- Seller then said his preferred option would be a full refund if I paid the ilok transfer to return the plugins I did receive back to them (even though sale went wrong on their end)
- I accepted this offer as he was refusing any partial refund (seller declined to accept this acceptance and seemed annoyed that I had agreed to his preferred option?? His offer of a full refund must have been a bluff I guess)
- Out the blue seller transferred me a token refund that was nowhere near the 2nd hand value of the missing plugin. I hadn't agreed to this figure and didn't think it was acceptable. So again I said I was happy with his preferred option of a full refund (seller refused)
- seller threatened to report me to moderators as I was being difficult (I didn't receive what I paid for and was just trying to negotiate an outcome we were both happy with so it didn't come to ....this. I politely stated that several times)
- They were very difficult to deal with and broke their word twice
I do not think they are a trustworthy seller and I will definitely never buy from them again.
He has also lied and been purposefully misleading in his feedback post on me, in an attempt to cover his own back on here. I have screenshoted the conversation we had so can prove this if needed.
A shame to have had my first bad experience on here after several great transactions.
