I've finally created a combination I like, is there any way to save it as a default or some way to apply it to all units/plugins at once?

Go to Settings, click "select current style as default" & uncheck "allow default colors by plugin type". Cheers

Not sure why but it didn't adhere the customization to all the plugins, it worked for most. Still, that's a lot better than doing them all 1 by 1. Thank you.

Select current style as default button stores the current style as the default for all MeldaProduction software. This is used for the other plug-ins that are currently using the default style; that is, those plug-ins for which you have NOT selected a specific style.
Please note that if you have already selected a specific style for a particular plug-in, then it won't be changed until you use the Default style button in that plug-in.

Have you tried Ctrl + "Default Style" and " Select current style as default" ?

No, I haven't as 'revert' sounds like it would put everything back in its original (stock) state, and that's not what I was trying to do.
