I've recently bought Waveform 11 Pro. I downloaded Collective and the Content and, in the absence of any guidance on where to install the content, put it into
C: Program Data - Tracktion - Collective - Instruments
When I put the Collective Plug-in on a track I get the message
"The Preset Instruments or Samples could not be found. Check if all locations are set to the correct folders in the Global Menu"
I don't know what the Global Menu is. I have scanned for plugins and Collective appears in the plugin list.
Any help appreciated.
I have contacted official support but no response.
Thanks in anticipation of any responses.

According to the Readme.txt in my Collective's zip file, the .collinst files go in .../Instruments (where it looks like you put them) and the .collsample files in .../Samples .

The gear icon near the top right of Collective opens the Global menu. It allows you to select the location for various things.
If you have downloaded the content ZIP file, you probably need to un-zip and move the contents into the correct places. Collective can't deal with just a big ZIP file. I think the Download Manager does that stuff for you, or should.

Surely there must be consensus by now...

Thanks ForrestH and Pough for your responses. I'd unzipped the files and put them in the correct places but hadn't noticed the installer in amongst the content. I thought that unzipping then putting them in the appropriate place would be enough given the Collective dll had been installed. I haven't done this stuff for 10 years so have a (re) learning curve to go through!
Thanks again for your help.
