FR: MIDI one shot and reset.

I started diving into TurboFilter in MXXX and I realized it's missing a crucial feature. The LFOs are missing MIDI single shot mode and also single shot reset mode. It has MIDI reset but not single shot mode. For some reason mods have this feature but none of the LFOs built into plugins such as Turbofilter, MTremolo, MVibrato, etc, have it.

Please add MIDI single shot mode and also single shot reset modes to the plugins with built-in LFOs. Especially Turbofilter, MIDI reset for a filter is useless unless it's in one shot mode.

That won't be that simple I'm afraid, but I suppose it makes sense for TurboFilter.

OK, I'll check. But in a way MTurboFilter will replace MWobbler, so..
