Can't open Midi devices anymore

Hi there,
I am running the last release of Waveform Pro on a W10 machine. After installing (though I can't assure that's the cause) a new voicemeeter version all my Midi devices (input and output) are still listed but can't be open. They still work perfecty on any other apps though, but not in Waveform.
Any ideas?
