building a new browser is a massive amount of work....GRUMP wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 7:30 pmI assume that he´d gladly deliver tomorrow if it would be that easy.AnX wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 5:30 pm maybe if certain sound designers ask for it, he might do it, that seems to work for everything else....
Please s. o. correct me if I´m wrong - but I know back- and frontend development as two completely different skills. And aren´t frontends frequently affected by updates (like the last win update!) and in so far time consuming and risky from a companys perspective.?
To say it clearly: I have stopped dreaming. I work with what I have and Dune is aweseome. I know several synths that offer more like a great preset browser, but they are fails when it´s about quality. I own just one of them and the rest of my bunch ... I mean just look at Harmour. It doesn´t even display the filename - but it´s unique and sounds fine.
The sample import is a really big thing for me personally - round about > 100 GB are waiting for implementations - but it´s all multisamples. We´ll see now.

nothing wrong with feature requests, but demo versions are there for a reason, and everything is sold "as is" (bug fixes excluded)
often it gets overlooked that it's the silent majority who are happiest, you only hear from the few who want a change...
