Yes, normally you get an email! I just tested it twice, for Serum I got an email "Your serial number for Serum ... " and for another plugin I got an email "You have finished paying off your ... "

And with that serial number for Serum, you can download the latest Serum version from Xfer and activate it with that serial

i see. I sent a message to Xfer. Hopefully they can sort this out.

you could also send a message to Splice and simply ask for the serial!

Contact Steve, he'll help you out. I think xfer records sends the key after the rto ends.

Problem solved. Xfer support was really helpful. Thanks guys. Now i can enjoy Serum again. 😁

Nevermind
I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies.

Not sure if this is the place for it, but some struggles I am having with Serum's preset browser

- When browsing presets, and then editing one, if you go back the ordering and filtering disappears. Filtering and selection etc aren't persistent
- Would really like to filter by category *and* location
- A genre field
- The ability to simply multiple-select so you can edit more than one field at a time

:/
This isn't what you think.

Nice tutorial. Not that I wouldn't be able to make a super/hyper/gigasaw, but I'm always curios about how other people work....

Maybe someone is interested in hearing Steve Duda talk about stuff, Serum -

^Thanks for the link. He's an interesting developer and musician.

The most interesting thing in the interview is him saying Serum 2 was planned to be released this year, but he came up with an idea of a new feature that he thought was worth of delaying it's release. There is no release date for now, but it's great to hear he's working on it.

I hope they improve CPU consumption for version 2.

Oh that is cool!! :D

Wow...this year! Serum is my most beloved synth even after all these years and countless software and hardware synthesizers. So, I'm really excited :)
