I mean is there any reason why m turbo amp can't defeat the quad cortex....? MXXX is already more powerful...we just need some more amps

Honestly I don't know, these are really two different devices, but I'm sure we have very very powerful tools here at our fingertips.
Making an amp with very similar characteristics as the Archetypes is possible with very low CPU hit, but I value the work of Neural DSP highly. They know what they're doing, definitively and they are professional guitarists. When you play that archetyp amps it is very different in terms of feeling, although I would not hesitate to use my last creations live on a small computer, because they're so light on DSP.
