Sorry if I reopen an old post and a debated matter. I know also that is impossible to please everyone. But is there the possibility to reinsert the GUI style as in this video?

I think that is really the best GUI style for the Melda products with all their parameters. You look also at the "Band settings menù" at 1'44''...it is so clear and neat. I like the new Neon style, but this one in the video is better and more modern. In the past there was also the possibility to choose between knobs, sliders, and bottoms (Or is there now too and I can't find it??).

Thank you Melda!!!

Yes, indeed!!!

Also, knobs (the fake ones in the software) are good when you start to use a new plugin. But when you know where to click, and when there are a lots of them (as in MeldaProduction) they are in the way!
Again, thank you!!

Here's a dark one I use for Neon to go with Windows High Contrast mode.

Ozone 4 looked like this.

True that Melda plugins are fantastic!

I like the Titanium style the most and have applied it to everything. I've given different types of effect a slightly different colour but the style is the same throughout all my Melda plugs.

Here are my preferred settings for the analysers. I prefer the normalisation turned off, Averaging set to 100ms, smoothness 1%. I think the analyser is very understandable and responsive with these settings.

I added my analysis preset into the online exchange which you can access from the analyser preset browser. Not sure if the preset is really there for everyone but if it is it'll save you the time tweaking. Add the preset to all the melda plugins that have an analyser and then save it as a default. It works great.
Just hit 'Download Presets' in the presets browser to get it. Hopefully it works for you!

Maybe Melda should do a video that is purely about customising your melda plugins... Style, colours, analysis preferences, saving GUI presets, etc...

I turn normalization off, too, as well as the peaks. However, I do use the sonograms. Normalization is a unique default choice, to be sure, but it does come in handy occasionally.

Yeah it's handy when you're looking at a static wave or something that's not really changing in pitch so you can get a full level representation of the frequency response. Other than that I find that you can't really tell what the frequency response of the audio material really is because it's just jumping about too much. It's much better with it off for normal use because you can easily see where your peaks are no matter what the material going through the analyser is and then you can make your eq adjustments accordingly.

I've sent my FModern style Vojtech with the possibility of embedding it into the plugins natively. He's not a fan of many gradients, so I am curious if he will implement it.
I don't mind flat styles either, just there are so many color disharmonies and imbalances in the styles (or in the plugins itself).
Titanium would look good if it didn't look like old photoshop, as it does in the other styles. The font render is often a problem too, it does weird things, the spacing is often messed up and looks weird. It makes a lot of difference overall.
Also when creating a style you are often limited, for example I would like to have a white grid on a dark display. You can't change the unsightly number points in the equalizer either.

I hope the Melda GUI and UX will continue to improve.

I'm an FModern2 fan

I like things to just be kept simple. Simple colour scheme, regular controls... Just neat and tidy and easy to look at. I guess that's why I like the Titanium style out of all the default styles because it just has a good balance of colour and form.

It would be amazing to be able to set colors for individual modules inside MXXX/MSF, things can start to get reallllly confusing when using MB versions within the modular editor and there are a million identically colored multiparameter editor windows

would definitely be cool to have some additional selections for style/knob/slider types, but even just being able to select from the current knob types within a given style, so you could have a Neon13 style with Uranium knobs etc
