Still waiting on the download to show in my user account, not sure what the delay is

The delay is the loyal customers who've invested in their product over years dont have priority over the new customers or those who paid the full upgrade price because we upgraded via the 20% discount.

Can't quite understand why it's not automated, surely can't be that difficult these days.

What's wrong? You can't submit your masterpiece for Grammy Awards consideration without some Live 11 feature that you need to wait couple of hours for?

Pretty sure it's automated. But "automated" doesn't mean it's all happening at once, i.e. there's a list that is being updated sequentially, which means it takes time. Also, they need to spread the load to avoid servers choking up, because most people probably try to d/l the files - and sound packs! - too.

I just had a look at Ableton's TT announcement. God we're a spoiled, selfish and whining bunch of ungrateful people nowadays...

Another method that I've used (still not got my official link/email) - log in and start to download your 10.x version from the Ableton website. Copy the URL of the file location being downloaded (in Chrome by going to the 'download' page (keyboard shortcut CTRL & J on PC, CMD OPTION L on a Mac) and change both the '10.1.30's in the address to '11.0'

I think he meant to remotely download it onto his home/studio computer. Like you can with games on PS4/5 (and probably Xbox), so that they're ready to go when you get back

I meant I've got slow connection with limited plan at home, so wanted to take advantage of quick network at my workplace Especially for Spitfire packs.

^Update: I cannot even authorize Live 11 trial. Only Trial and Suite for 10 are available for my account

My update all done 5 pack installs and 5 updated packs (and I was on the latest beta...one of the updates electric keyboards was 8 Gigs!) everything else was just as I left it in the Beta other than the theme, so all good!
