People are disappointed that it’s not for Windows. They’re mad because this was concealed in an attempt to keep a bigger conversation about it going. Would I have continued to post in this thread if they said, “Something new for Macintosh users is on its way...” Nope. They knew they’d lose a lot of chatter, which is important advertising. If you’re going to tell me that it didn’t occur to them to mention it earlier, I’ll say you are naive. Of course a company who’s always released dual platform plugins thought about this when they decided to not develop it for PC.

“Us” as in KVR - and yeah, quite peeved; but IMHO mostly cause of the hype : transparency ratio.
Right. I’d love to buy the Pulsar Modular 900 series plugin, but it’s AU only. I’m not mad at them for it, because they’re up front about that and always have been. GForce has always developed for Windows, so to take this turn was obviously going to be unexpected, so to not mention it, (“Mac users are going to have a surprise soon!”) is poor form. I don’t think later developing a PC version is going to repair all the ill will they’ve accumulated on this one.
And the price of that 900 series plugin is $400 now too...

Yeah, that’s a very poor business decision. I didn’t realize it was that expensive. I’m not mad at them about it though, because they’re transparent about it. When they come to their senses and port it for Windows for a reasonable price, I’ll be first in line.

Or he collected them over the years and buys some as a business expense. Dont need to have tons of money to be swimming in old gear necessarily.

Hahaha! As if they aren't sure if there is demand on the PC side....
