Thanks for your reply, Tim. Sorry to break it to you, but I have already ordered your Moog set! Hey, someone had to tell you the bad news !tconrardy wrote:sorry about that..just work up.db wrote:Bump!db wrote:Tim,
Right now I own Daniel's Moog bank for Rhino2, which is great.
To play devil's advocate, what does your bank offer sound wise that's different to Daniel's? (Keeping in mind that Dan's bank is pretty nice, short of owning a real minimoog!)
you raise a good point as Danials bank is excellent. For one thing, its a different sample content, and most of all, a different sound designers style. You will also notice this between my rhino banks and Danials. Two different styles. We will haver some MP3's up soon, so you can compare. Actually, going thru Danials banks again ( last night) I noticed we did some of the same techniques: Stereo imaging with two different moog sounds. But again: different sample content. In this set, theres a huge ( and I mean HUGE) amount of samples from a real mini moog. It was my delight to sculpt them into usable sounds.

I fixed the problem ( with Luigi's help) It was weird: they worked fine on my music computer, but in transferring the archives to my Internet computer, they got corrupted. I should have tested the archive on my Internet computer however, so my fault. I now have a working archive and uploading, so its just a matter of a few hours now. Thanks for reporting. Guess we live and learn!liqih wrote:there was a problem with the big files, we are fixing that right now, so new purchases will be just delayed some hours,db wrote:liqih wrote:is that starting from the EXE?fr4ncesco wrote:same error here

Tim check once and it was working, I ask him to ask again as soon as he wake up, <grin>

So just to be clear: The Moog Bank is corrupt and shouldn't be purchased right now?![]()
many thanks to all of you who puchased soon and reported the problem, I will arrange a bonus for you to compensate the trouble,
Off to the symphony now at Flint center. Its nice to hear some classical music now and then.

Two very different sets. Almost no Moog sounds on Second Wave. The two sets compliment each other very well. I just installed Second Wave about an hour ago,2windy wrote:How much crossover is there between this and Second Wave?
but I suggest asking questions about it in the Wusik forum.

Oops, it's late !! I didn't realise where I was. Just saw TC's comments. I have EVE anyway so it's sort of relevant.db wrote:Two very different sets. Almost no Moog sounds on Second Wave. There are now MP3 demos at the product page
http://www.dashsignature.com/?content=HQS2_The_MiniMoog
This should give you an idea on some of the sounds. These were short one presets shots of me just playing live and recording it thru eXT's Audio Capture.Had some fun doing them too.
