TurboAmp anomoly?

I set all parameters to default and changed the distortion mode to Soft 1.
I played a sine wave through the TurboAmp.
Then I raised the input gain gradually and noticed some clicking.
Added an Analyser set to 0 ms averaging time to the chain and started over.
Around +12.5 db on the input gain, the highest added harmonic begins to pulse slightly. This gets progressively worse and continues through about +20.5 db and then stops.
Nothing else in the chain.
Any ideas on what it could be? Or is it a bug?

Could you maybe show us a preset and easier to read step by step reproduction points?
