Thanks! A Daft Punk contest can be fun but I know I would do a poor job with the electronic tracks of the band

Some thoughts regarding a Daft Punk tribute
* There are free Daft Punk midi files available. So this would very easily become just another modify a midisource like we had in February. Not so good.
* There could be a rule that requires a new composition, but then: What is the distinctive sign and feature of Daft Punk's music we would instantly recognize?

Cool! Finally I have a use for that 30GB Kontakt library of cinematic barnyard animal sounds I bought all those years ago for my epic "Daft Pork" track!

(Just kidding. I'm just going to loop a sample while I hold down three notes on an arpeggiator or maybe hire some real musicians and singers and let them do all the heavy lifting
