I’m having issues loading synthmaster one since yesterday...I went to this page to retrieve my serial number so I can get a key file...

I entered my email address, ticked the box for OSX and hit send... .... NOthing happens except the screen jumps...no reply, no answer, nothing....Any ideas ?.....Thanks, Jim
