Took advantage of the NI special and got the u-he bundle they had. Very impressed with all of it. Registering them went ok once I realised that the white box did actually accept the details (you just didn’t see the fields). The sound of them has really impressed me and I have spent time browsing through the presets - finding more ‘usable’ [to me] sounds in Hive, Diva and Repro than I’ve ever managed to find in Omnisphere. :D
I’ve started working through how to use them (as someone who hasn’t really programmed sounds since my teenage days on the mini moog built into a Thomas organ) and found an immediate issue: I open Diva in LogicPro (v10.6.1) and ‘init’ it. Neither oscillators octave selection knobs react to any attempt to change them (in either direction) from their default 8’ setting. Playing around with other knobs (detune etc) in the Diva display all seem to react as expected.
Is it that by clicking around in the display while using presets that I have unwittingly clicked on something that prevents this working? BTW I have tried locking and unlocking them to see if that made a difference - it didn’t.
So if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. If I have done something silly I’d rather get told here rather than trouble u-he’s support over it.
The machine in question is a 8-core iMacPro with 1TB SSD, 64 Meg RAM running Catalina 15.7 (waiting for MOTU to update their MIDI drivers so I can go to Big Sur)

Hi, the octave switches have a longer "travel distance" until they switch, so try clicking&dragging up and down but move the mouse a bit further than you might have initially expected.

Cheers,
Viktor

Victor thank you for this - this is what the problem was, I had the % magnification up high as I am using it in LogicPro on a iMacPro. Once I reverted to 100% I was able to move the up/down far enough for it to work but it seems to be a long way to have to move to get a response from them.
