There is plenty of evidence.

Wasn´t the thesis that it would be superiour, "the best"? My "rattlesnake flute" I made back then is not bad - for sure. But seen like this the DX7 would still be the best PM synth since there are billions of patches referring to acoustic instruments ;-)

Er... no. Illogical.

The comb filters in Hive are actually quite different. For instance, the tonal model doesn't go out of tune when you change the damping. Damping and feedback are scaled so that the decay is spread evenly across all pitches. This is a huge difference to Zebra's original comb modules and a pointer at where we're going with Zebra's next major iteration.
Hi Urs is there any way currently in zebra to keep this in tune in the current version? How would I go about this to keep it in tune across the keyboard range?
People have used ModMappers to compensate for tuning issues over the keyboard. Often, simply adding a notch of KeyFollow does the trick as well.

Howard can you please point me to a tutorial where i can learn to do this which Urs has pointed out?

I don't know of any, sorry. Your best bet is to read what Urs wrote again, study the user guide and, above all, EXPERIMENT!

In "Attachments" below the full edit window for your post or reply, click on the Add files button then select any ZIP-compressed file (maybe other file types will also work - no idea).
BTW The example attached file here is just the first factory preset i.e. not worth downloading.

Okay. I tried to attach a midi file and an audio file - it didn't work. I didn't think about the archive file ...
I present to you a file of synthesizer settings with a saw that I made. I look forward to your comments, thank you.
