a week after contacting support via the website I've finally had an email today... to tell me the case was solved and to check my spam folder, and please leave some feedback on the service...

Of course, any replies to the email bounce back.

Leave negative feedback, post here, open a new case. Rinse and repeat. You can make it a regular thing until you are happy with an outcome. Just copy and paste and timetable to yourself so it's a quick and easy thing for you to do. Poor customer service is totally unacceptable these days. There are one and two man companies who are excellent, yet much larger ones can be terrible.

I did leave negative feedback on their questionnaire.

Luckily I only paid 10 bucks for the piece of crap software so I can afford to write it off.

Hopefully this post and others like it stop people from buying anything from them!

I sent a message to support with all my details.
They eventually wrote back looking for my details.

Haven't heard from them since.

With my last request, they sent me a link to a 3rd party website and closed my ticket. The information on the 3rd party website did not resolve my issue. I gave them the lowest possible scores on the subsequent survey they sent me. No follow up from them on that, either.

I've always had good experiences with AIR support. The occasional 'forgotten' email but often resolved after a reminder/follow-up!
