Hi, I'm planning to sell my license for Hive, it's a great product but I don't really use it as much as the other synths I have. I'm a bit confused as to how to go about this. I understand I have to purchase a transfer token (i bought it during the new year/xmas sale), which is fine, but how should I go about this? I don't want to list something and then find that perhaps I'm not entitled to a token (i don't mind paying for it myself). In other words, what's the order of how thsi will get resolved because I don't want to ask someone to pay me and then have to go through the process of transferring a license and buying a token and finding it doesn't work after taking someone's money.

Thanks, but I don't want to initiate before I have a buyer. Can I get a token first? That's what I'm asking. I don't want to mess people around (including your support staff)?

What happens to the version of Hive that's on my PC if I transfer license? Does it revert to demo mode? Presumably all user created content is no longer accessible.

Not a problem, just curious as to what then happens.

I really have no idea. I guess the support team will ask you to do the right thing and delete the license.

I hope I'm not off-topic by asking: Is there a hold-up on transfers at this time ? I requested a transfer last week for a product I've owned for more than 9 months but I've heard nothing back from the team. I've been very pleased with the speed of the process when I transferred other u-he licenses, I'm wondering if there's a hold-up I should know about. I love u-he products and service has always been great.

Nope, it either hasn't arrived in our support inbox, or our answer hasn't arrived with you.

There was an outage on our emails server some time ago. Maybe just send again?
