FR: Add Freeze function to modulation effects

I recently saw a tutorial where a chorus effect had a Freeze setting and the result was an interesting 'tunable' reverb-like effect. Melda's suite of modulation effects could yield some wonderful results by adding this feature!

Can you not use the LFO override for this? Just use an LFO modulator to drive LFO override, then disable the modulator (or set it to speed 0) when you want to 'freeze' it.
