sorry to bring up an old thread, but i was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that will harmonize any scale in thirds. for example, in the maj6 diminished scale, there's a b6th scale degree, so the second chord should be diminished. i tried Obelisk for this, but it imposed natural fifths and the second chord ended up as a minor 6th.

I like Ripchord, which can be setup to transpose to scales. Primarily it's designed for chords.
