Just to say it's not necessarily just an issue with monitor size and hiding the about stuff in the settings.
I have a wonderfully cromulent BenQ 32" 4K monitor and it's still got some issues (in Windows Chrome).
Notice the missing title of whatever the middle thread topic is here...

It's not missing. It's the same problem I have. The lines are scrunched together. In other words, one is on top of the other so you can't read the title. Notice the page #s are in the middle of the box between top and bottom. EXACT same problem I am having.

Thank you for confirming this so I don't have to go jumping through hoops to fix a problem that I can't fix.

No worries. Hopefully it'll get fixed at some point rather than more people coming on to tell you unhelpfully that there is no problem.
