Furthermore, all Mac versions now have native Apple M1 SoC support.

BIG thank you for Apple M1 native support
This is the first time I’ve seen an M1 native iLok dependent plug-in. I’ll be very curious to check it out. Thanks for letting us know.trancekid wrote: Fri Apr 02, 2021 10:42 am Got an email from Sountoys (because I had issues with their stuff on M1 in the beginning) letting me know that their latest installer 5.3.4 is M1 native now.
There's no info on their site yet, but the installer is in your account.
too good to be true.trancekid wrote: Fri Apr 02, 2021 10:42 am Got an email from Sountoys (because I had issues with their stuff on M1 in the beginning) letting me know that their latest installer 5.3.4 is M1 native now.

Yeah, iLok is really dragging their feet on this. For all we know lots of the developers who depend on it already have M1 native builds ready to go, but are now just waiting on iLok to get their act together.tbs wrote: Fri Apr 02, 2021 8:05 pm too good to be true.
I don’t object iLok or developers using it, but for crying out loud:
with market share comes responsibly.
So where are the native iLok builds? You‘re blocking a whole industry ffs.
Which is odd because they've been running fine under Rosetta for months now.tbs wrote: Fri Apr 02, 2021 8:43 pm thanks for clarifying.
I‘m adding „native support“ to my ever growing list of terms for „kind of runs with Rosetta“![]()
I’m not even saying that they don’t.Tronam wrote: Fri Apr 02, 2021 8:46 pm
