what? the pan control has always been there.. the big C below the solo button.. or did you have something else in mind.
Sorry expressed it poorly, to display it in a circular style is what I meant to ask.

works the same way.. visually is different. would make sense to have it consistent w/the session view. but i guess they don't want something round in there w/all the other 90 degree angles/rectangles/boxes

Not sure if that's an earlier beta build of 11 (or a newer beta) but in the current stable release you just need to have the 'chance' and 'velocity' lanes open, then whichever of the two lanes is currently selected just pressing the 'Random' button will alter all the values in that 'Chance' or 'Velocity' lane.

This is a very basic issue: selecting multiple clips in the same audio track e.g. after cutting up a clip and then wanting to delete particular clips from the cuts. This is currently impossible: shift and cmd click do exactly the same thing., basically selecting all clips between your left and right selections. Does anyone know if this has been fixed in the latest 11 Beta? Basic, basic stuff that!

Yes. I have two of the same (Live 10 education licenses) under my work account, and three different licenses (Live11 Trial, Live 10 Suite and Live 10 Lite) under my personal account.

it says "Upgrade" right in your screen grab. looks like you need to send him the serial numbers for the live 10 upgrade and live lite 10 so he has the entire serial number path.

but that's just how i see it. could be wrong. why not ask ableton?

We are asking Ableton. I upgraded from Live 10 Lite to Live 10 Suite which then upgraded to Live 11 Suite. There is nothing in my account. There was only a place to transfer Live 11 Suite in the transfer section. There was no delay in the transfer either. It was immediate. I thought they usually had to be approved by Ableton?

It doesn't mean you sold the upgrade. It means you're selling a Live 11 Suite that was upgraded from something else before (e.g. from 11 Standard, 10 Suite, etc). The upgrade itself isn't something that can be sold by anyone else than Ableton.
