Sounds like an IP rangeban. The page is still there but they don’t want to show it to anyone in your city/country.

It's pretty unscientific, but, that seems to be unique to the UK when using a browser with a built in VPN. Perhaps that's related to FM being a british rag? I can get to it from many other countries. Only the U.K. showed the block.
