KaoX didn't impress me at all. In Mojave, the VST seems to be broken (no VST3), I didn't particularly like the sound character and the presets are, IMHO, singularily uninteresting musically. Definite pass for me.
I'd be interested in what F'em will bring to the table sonically.

So uhhh...did you guys come up with more new features or something? Or was this an April fools prank? In which case you got me, so congrats I guess.TSC wrote: Thu Apr 01, 2021 9:01 pm We are definitely in labor right now - and yes, you need the image of Wolfram with his legs up in the birthing position in your head for easter weekend![]()

Man, this is taking long. I don't want this synth anymore. Whatever Arturia releases tomorrow is going to be it for me.

So... another month-and-a-half passed. Any updates? I’ve been eyeing Xils-lab Kaox but have firmly resisted developing any GAS for it. So bring it on. An update would be appreciated for those who have now been waiting for more than a year since the first teasers. There’s teasing, there’s Spitfire Audio marketing and then there’s Tracktion teasing - which is more like “yeah we know we teased our customers but you know.... F ‘Em!”

I hear you. But I can’t imagine that Arturia synth (whatever it is, here’s hoping for a PolyKobol or a Voyetra 8 or something off the beaten path) will have the same depth as a Wolfram creation. And that is why I shall firmly resist and keep my money in the bank until F’ Em drops.dvnation wrote: Tue Apr 20, 2021 12:29 am Man, this is taking long. I don't want this synth anymore. On FB they posted “the final features had been coded” so now it was handed back to the sound design team. It didn’t sound like it would arrive within a couple of days....

I don't currently own any Tracktion products, but I've been checking this thread daily and couldn't be more excited about this synth. Good luck to the team on the final push out the door.
