Well, I ain't gonna say it's bullshit. I've had much worse ebay experiences. fact is, even if it takes a few weeks, it's still a sweet deal. I'm a Johnny come lately to VST and rewiring Reason, and I have to say that it's all very cool and inspiring.

Quit being so puerile.

The auction ended what... around 2 weeks ago? That's pretty long turnaround, but considering the infrastructures of both companies, it's not that unexpected.

Now, what they SHOULD have done is make sure they HAD the copies IN-HAND themselves before putting up an auction; however, that'll be something they'll have learned for next time.
