Hi folks,
is anybody out there and can help me?
A couple of months ago I bought a license for the AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 3 Complete bundle via iLok-transfer.
All went fine. I got the confirmation via email from iLok and the license is in my iLok-Manager.
So far so good. No I wanted to download the plugins but I don't know how.
On their website there is no download-page so I searched for a registration section.
There is one, but when I fill out the form and click on "Register Product" the page turns completely white and no email arrives...
Can you guys here help me?

Edit: Yes, I already contacted them via email + contact form and even tried it via phone as it's a german company. No answers...

From website, you can download the trial versions, which I believe are latest. If not, you can download updates from the updates tab on each product page.

Does it affect the PCs that already have the latest version of iLok/PACE software installed? Or only for those who are installing it for the first time as part of AIR software?

What kind of issues are we talking about here?

At least I have not noticed any problem. But in my case, I already had the latest iLok software, so when I installed Structure 2 and Strike 2 recently, it probably did not try to install iLok software.

Waves sent me the email to choose my free plugins with purchase over $70, but when I choose one, it tells me "You are not eligible for a free plugin"---even though I fulfilled the terms (single transaction over $70). Wonder if it's working for anyone else who bought through a third-party dealer. If it's not fixed by tomorrow I'll contact support.

Sorry, I really don't know. Their US distributor told me a fix is coming but didn't have more information than that.
