Nope. Its $79 for me.
Huh, I see a 15% discount applied automatically, bringing it to $67.15, and using the discount code "group" shaves it down a little more to $66.36.

Still not planning to get this until/unless more interesting modules are added, but that's getting down into the territory of a reasonable price for the current state of the instrument.

Thanks. Using the discount code "group" brings the price down from $79 to $66.36 ... :tu:

Am I correct that the intro price lasts until June sometime?

It’s M1 compatible, I’m demoing it now, it’s super light on cpu, impressively actually.
Thank you for mentioning the M1 compatibility.

I have a feeling they’ll at least be adding there physical modeling collection as modules ;)
If they would have done that from the start, that would have convinced me to buy.
I could not resist my soft GAS. I did buy it anyway . CPU usage is indeed impressively low and the objeq module makes up for a lot.

Hmm... Wasn't planning to get it, but I don't think I shoud pass an offer like this? 3 upgrades to Chromaphone, String Studio and Ultra Analog + CV-1 for $69?! :o

That does seem to be the best deal, or I could upgrade each one individually for $10 more

That should be in your AAS account under upgrade offers, assuming you qualify for it.

The "complete your collection" offers depend on how many of their products you own, and they show up when you log into your account. Should be here: https://www.applied-acoustics.com/portal/offers/

I have Tassman, Objeq Delay and the older versions of Chromaphone and String Studio, and my price for the full upgrade bundle is $199. I see in my account that they've now added a $69 CV-1 crossgrade for Tassman users too.

Post

Getting some really interesting physical modeling sounds by using the Objeq Filter as an oscillator.
It’s like a modular Chromaphone.
I really like this instrument :)

I find using this pretty fun... but I'm finding the CV inputs of several modules don't really run at full audio rate, and will alias badly if you try.

Often there's a workaround, but sometimes not. For instance, I'd like to be able to set an LFO to a very slow rate and use audio rate phase modulation to make it work as a wavefolder, a favorite trick in Eurorack... but no, it aliases. Ah well.

yeah, definitely theyre going to get some requests for adjustments. Still, not a bad start imo.
