A good thing some of us have Iris 2 for that!

I'm not sure how they could wedge spectral re-synthesis into Pigments, unless they came up with a novel workflow that would fit into Pigments workflow. I think I would rather have the ability to import samples into the noise generators.
Are you referring to the noise oscillators in the Utility Engine? I'm pretty sure you can load your own samples into them. I haven't had time to try that, but I think it's doable.
I wish I could sing as well as the voices inside my head...

Yes, it is possible. Just locate the right folder.

Not a big deal, but found that after v3 install are disappeared all before installed freeware Pigments banks like M.Houles Signature and Percussive Drive, though it's still presents as installed in Windows programs.
It looks like the folders are deleted during installation, perhaps need be careful with your own saved presets if will need to install new version (?), idk.

In the keyboard section (right of the envelops) there is a "Mode" section where you can set Pigments 3 to Mono, Legato and set the number of voices.

Is it what you are looking for?

Best,

:dog: Duh - right in front of my face. Sorry for the 'awareness glitch'.
It's on p.200 of the manual, and I only made it up to p.186 last night.

Had it about a week now and still exploring. I'll check things more fully before I question stuff again.

This did not happen to me - both these are still present (I am on Mac though)

I confirm, it's doable and working. You can even create your own folders with samples for that Utility oscillator.

I'm on Windows 10. The preset bank for M.Houles Signature is still there. I have Analog Lab (4 & 5) as well, but not sure if that makes a difference.

Is anyone using Pigments 3 on Maschine. I am getting a thing where it shows in the NKS browser and I can scroll through the presets, but when I actually try to click to insert it -- it errors out with "file not found".

I'm not getting this in Komplete Kontrol, which is pretty much the same thing, but it is clear that Arturia do need to update Pigments NKS implementation (along with some other VColl8 plugins) so maybe that is why?

Loading works fine in Maschine on Mac 10.14.6.

Indeed. Pigments 3 and the new plugins of V Collection 8 are still not NKS-compatible. I am guessing there will be an update in the next month or so (VC 8.1 or something) to address this.

I really hope so - it's taking longer than usual

Hmm.. ok, strange. Perhaps during install\uninstall of Pigments v2\v3 (that i did couple times for test) there is occured something here.
