Trouble with Batch auto-gain in MLoudnessAnalyazer

When I attempt to process a group of files using the batch auto-gain function in MLoudnessAnalyzer, the plugin lists the amount of gain, per audio file, that needs to be applied to hit the target, and then exports new audio files, but the new audio files are identical to the originals, with no gain change applied. I can't figure out how to actually batch-create a new set of files that are gain changed to hit the loudness target. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks in advance!

Isn't there a question that pops up and asks if you want to change the original file, make a copy, or just view the logs - something like that? Sorry, it's been awhile since I've done it.

I used to always just do an OS copy of the files to be analyzed, rename them, and then run MLA on the copies...

I figured out the issue. When MLA is running in Pro Tools (either a plugin on a track or Audiosuite), The batch function doesn't work correctly. When I run it in another DAW as VST, it works just like I would expect it to.

Thanks for your help!

Actually, never mind. When I did this in pro tools, it seems that, because the processed files had the same name and same magic id, when I dragged them back into Pro Tools, I think PT was just referencing back to the un-processed clips I had originally imported. so I think this might be user error.
