I've been running some experiments to see if I understand the tuts properly, and I'm definitely getting closer to the sound I'm after, but still have a few questions regarding using multiple ER or LR engines together.

1) Do I understand correctly that the signal flow always goes in order from L to R along the tabs, so ER1, ER2...LR1,LR2... (assuming the inputs are all set to 0% dry /100% previous and all outputs to 100% out / 0% dry)?

2) Are the pre-delays per generator additive or individual? In other words, if I wanted two identical LR generators perfectly on top of each other with a predelay of 50ms, would that be 50 ms for LR1 and 0ms for LR2, or 50ms for both?

3) Is there a use case for having an engine's output set to 0% out / 100% prev? In other words, if LR1 is set to 100% out / 0% prev, and LR2 is set 0% out to 100% prev, then if LR 3 has input set to 100% prev, it's input is just receiving the output of LR1, and LR2 is essentially invisible to all engines to the right of it as if it were disabled, correct?

1) YES - than all "tabs" are in series
2) with the dry/previous control (set all to dry) than All "Tabs (better - Slots)" work in parallel (100% Out on each), and the Predelay in the tab than are absolute, the tricky/complex part is when you set the dry/previous to any value in between 100%dry/ or 100% previous IN - or 100% Previous or 100% OUT. Than you combine parallel and serial topologies !!
3) YES - please check for yourself what the Master ER/TAIL Balance control is doing when you use say: 1 ERL Tab in combination with one TAIL "Tab/Slot)" (set the Out-Put of the Tail from OUT to Previous) ;-)

Hope this helps -

Creating a nice sounding Reverb is a very time consuming task - but it's possible now without writing any C++, Mathlab or other higher progr. code!!!
A TAB to me is a single Delay (Coeffients) in the ERL Section!!
