MIDI Export with wrong time signatures

Hello, I've written a song using the latest version of Tracktion Waveform, and whenever I export it as a MIDI file, the time signatures end up all wrong.

Whenever I export MIDI, I always choose to render each track to a separate file, and never pass through plugins. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?
