W11 no panning at main output

Hi all,
I'm having a weird problem.
Panning is not taken into account and has no effect at the master output.

Tracks I have recorded (in mono) or audio I have imported (in stereo), the panning I set for each tracks is not in effect at the master fader.

I have tracks panned hard left and hard right, the level meters of the tracks show that the tracks are hard panned, only the corresponding side is showing at the track level meters.
But at the master output, both sides are active.
If I solo one track, that is hard panned, still the master is showing both sides are active.
And, obviously, any sound from any track is dead center when listening, no matter the panning settings.
Changing the pan setting while listening has no effect on the overall sound, though, i do see some minimal "volume" changes at the VU meters of the master output.

I'm using W11.5.9 pro on a W10 PC updated to the latest updates.
Only noticing this problem since upgrading W11 to the current version.
Same problem with older projects I haven't opened in a while, no matter what panning is set for a track, it always plays at dead center even though the track does show a panning setting.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Any effects on the master output section that may be "mono-izing" the stereo signal ?

Just tried hard panning left, right on 2 tracks with a "call-response" type of activity, and you can see master meters go left/right as expected.

Windows 10, Waveform 11.5.16, and tested both Windows Audio and ASIO4All as output drivers.

Thanks for the answer but I did all those tests already.
And I am at the beginning of my recording process so no plugins are being used at the moment.

And then, yesterday, it was all OK. The problem went away on its own.

I just read on TechRadar that the latest Windows 10 patch introduced some weird audio glitches.
It seems to affect mostly the 5.1 surround sound playback but others have experienced some stuttering or even no playback at all form some applications, according some Reddit users.
So my problem might be related to this faulty patch.

Since all seems fine now, just tried Waveform again and all the tracks sounded panned as set, I'll see how it behaves and wait for a fix from Microsoft.

Thanks again for your answer.
