Dark zebra , asks me to redeem the code

I am installing zebra 2 and the dark zebra on a second computer .
Installing zebra 2 went all fine and dandy , dark zebra tells me the serial code should be redeemed ?
I purchased the dark zebra during the N.I. sales collab a few months ago , I was really under the impression we could just install without being online , which is not the case .

There is no need to be online in order to authorize a plugin on a second computer.
You might just have entered the redeem code instead of your serial number.
