Most of the time when I use MAutoDynamicEQ, what I want to do is remove resonances, per the usual target analysis, but with a difference from the standard workflow where it generates static notch filters.

I go from analysis to having my set of filters, but I want the bands as dynamic peak rather than static notches.

How I do this is Analyse/Remove resonances/Swap gains, then open the Bands window or right click on each band and set them to Peak. This seems like a lot of steps and not enough "auto." Is there a faster way for me to get to that point?

Also, I want to mention that it took me a long time to figure out the "swap gains" step. It doesn't seem to be in the documentation, and the labeling of the button doesn't help, I had no idea what "swap gains" meant. Maybe it could be labeled something more descriptive?

Try:

Settings: use peak filters for resonance removal
Analyse
Remove resonances
Swap gains

Does that work?
