Whenever I try to get new content with the Tracktion Download Manager on my MBP MacOs 10.14.16 I get the error

Unable to Download
Tracktion is unable to download to "/Users/Shared/Documents/tracktion"...

I tried a myriad of different locations with no success...what could I do
