A minor annoyance I have with MXXX is that when I go into the Style settings, change colors and choose a font size of 100% and then save current settings and close out, the next time I open MXXX I get the color settings I chose just fine, but the font size reverts to 80%. Can this be fixed?
Should mention I'm using Logic Pro 10.6.2 in Mac OS Big Sur 11.3.1 (Intel, not M1).

This is because it doesn't fit your screen, so it makes itself smaller. To avoid that, go to global Settings and disable "Allow style changes if the editor is too big".
