Is Zip worth getting if you have Byome? I see Byome Auto Compressor has all of Zip's compression styles, and the Spectral Follower modulator has Zip's analysis options, but I don't see a simple way to get Auto Compressor to only respond to Spectral Follower... though having Spectral Follower modulate Threshold with a negative coefficient might be almost the same? Or maybe have two tracks and treat one as a sidechain?...

Yes this is a bit perplexing since the voucher email clearly said "It expires at the end of this month".

Unless they're using a different calendar May has 31 days here and the end of the month is not the 29th so my voucher expired without being used.

I was holding out for one specific plugin but it never went on sale in May so like you I'll just wait for the next big sale.

It depends on the vendor as many don't allow license transfers.
If they do, then you would need to contact them to make the transfer as there is no facility within Access for that.

Purely for the ease of workflow (esp. visualization), considering its sale cost with voucher, it is for me. Also helps clear headspace—BYOME remains creative while Zip is the problem solver.

AutoComp doesn't have A/R or Knee. Comp does but you don't get comp styles. Neither can give you expansion that Zip does. Though regarding making only SpecFollower act on it, simply make the Comp use sidechain and send nothing to it.
