Same with version 3.1.3, I tried changing my password, offline activation, un-installing, re-installing.

I've sent support a video of the issue, hopefully they will get their database backup, my bets is they screwed up the query for users db somehow.

Back to FLStudio for the moment.

I think I successfully sent a support request too -- hard to say since it doesn't really give feedback that it was sent.

If you send an email directly to support@bitwig.com it will give you a ticket number and confirm receipt. I think if you do it through the Bitwig site itself it may not (can't remember).

Having this problem as well. I was going to submit a ticket but wanted to check in here first. When I add a password, for some reason there are spaces added to the end of the password so not sure if that is affecting the password. When I try to delete the spaces, it starts deleting the final character of my password. Offline activation isn't working either. Anyways, this is annoying as I have this week off of work to finalize my album for release.

Same, this seems to be some window scaling issue.

As a developer myself, the application is designed to process a valid response from their servers, they obviously fcuk'd up the database in some way or the script/function that handles this query, or the db is down. As the offline licence files are also not being picked up correctly, now this is the odd part. It states wrong type / they upgraded it or something so that's going to be a big issue for everyone with older version of wigbit.

Also why the flying scotsman is the offline licence requiring a login? Kinda defeats the purpose...

I'm also kinda thankful that his error has occurred, I just got my Komplete Kontrol M32 working in FLStudio which I haven't used in a long long time thanks to bitwig, but it's velocity curves work way better in FLStudio via the generic midi mapper... With bitwig I have to use the velocity curve module to correct the issues, even with Kontakt and a few others... It's only native instruments boards that I find don't play well with wigbit though. Arturia Keylab Essential series work perfectly.

I don't think the spaces thing matters - v4 beta doesn't have the spaces but still won't log in.
