I think if they're marked sold and the price is left then that can be useful when judging a plugins market value. But maybe move them down away from the still available stuff for sure.
Normally I have deleted plugin listings when they sell but just today I marked one as SOLD becuase I really do find it useful to be able to see what market value is. So I have changed what I do because I bet others find that useful to. I think bumping coz a sale is not allowed. As for moving sold items down, depends how unreadable the listing gets.
Keeping a manufacturer in the title when you have sold everything of theirs is just lazy, rude, or inconsiderate

I agree that leaving something that is sold on the title is wasteful and even time consuming for new searches. But I wouldn't go so far as thinking it rude.
But within the comments, listing sold items have their place.
If someone is following a particular item, then having it come up as "sold" is of great value.
I don't think I'm the only one that checks the first post for updates on a sale thread taking for granted the last comment is almost always just is a bump. However, either first or last comment occasionally show a price change according to the sellers whims.
And as far as listing the price after sold then first of all, it's generally the price they were selling it at, which maybe the same or a different price it went for. So believing that is showing the market trend is perhaps a bit naive.
Plus, I don't feel it's anyone else's business but the buyer and seller of that transaction.

Please keep listing if it's sold. That way we can safely unfollow the post when nothing else is in our watch list.

I have long SOLD list, but it's at the bottom of of my post. Am I a bad person?

He will eventually have 666 sold items and then it‘s THE END :borg:

Seriously, I have a FS thread here, too, and I delete everything that has been sold for exactly this reason. It, on the other hand, never upset me when I got some sold stuff in the search results. KVR is not that huge, after all.

No big deal, I doubt the kingdom of heaven will be denied a person who does so. I just think listing an item in the title when it is no longer available means other people who want the item will have to open the post to see that it is in fact sold (or not even there if deleted).
Maybe just inconsiderate.

On the other hand for marketing maybe I should put all sorts of items in the title to attract the punters, and then list them as sold if I dont (and never) had them.

Man, I kept ignoring this until now and thought my AIR collection was complete, but now I realize this is such an amazing software. Instabuy at this price. Except the GUI and stability issues, I am loving it. The included content, though one could consider it dated, is superb. There's so much potential it is saddening to see it left in this state. Story of all AIR plugins.
Can it still be have for 20$? Which shop?

Thanks

Unfortunately, it is apparently not available for $20 now. That sale is over. However, I could find it for $30 at ADSR Sounds. It does not go on sale as often as other AIR plugins, so might be good to grab it at this price and you get a free plugin (FirePresser) too.

Agreed. Remove the sold items from the title, then show the sold items further down the page (preferably with the listed price) so that its available for reference regarding market prices.

That's how I usually do: delete from the title, and change status to sold in the text.

The most user friendly method for me would be to delete all sold items from your active thread and list them in the Feedback thread with the sale price.
That way you can easily separately search for active and historical sales with pricing included.

The least user friendly method for me is leaving your sold items in your active thread with no pricing.
It clutters searches and gives no useful info.
