Missing .tracktion project file, unusable edit files.

So, I wanted to move all my Tracktion projects into a new place and accidentally managed to delete all of them. I was able to recover the files though, but project file (.tracktion) is missing. All of my Tracktion edits I've ever created are located under a single project file, so I can't use them anymore because of that missing .tracktion file.

I tried making a new project with the exact same name and then moving the edits into that folder but neither Tracktion 7 or Waveform recognizes them, only the default Edit 1 is visible. So I need to know if there is any way to open these edit files anymore, maybe there is some way to import them to other projects?
