They don't look much different from the current skin, just different colours. Nothing to improve usability.

You seem to forget that as soon as the plugins have wood on the skin, they sound more analog.

Yes the user will be able to design their own skins, that was the whole point of this update. If you look carefully the dropdown menu text is the same size as the text everywhere, thats why you have scaling on the plugin to make it bigger if you want.

Adam, I'm sure you're beyond help! I've been there myself but these days I can't even imagine that version of myself. I used to spend so much time working on my SynthEdit synths that I didn't write a song for 10 years or so. It gets you in and it's hard to drag yourself away.

The problem is that I need money to live just like anyone else, and as fun as music was, it never became a viable alternative to make a living. Creating my own products provided a more stable economic ground, and music was left as a "just for fun" project. Also, I am not really inspired by the music today, I have much more interesting ideas I can share with my products. But never the less, I do intend to go back to music very soon, I just cant do everything at once
