How could set the default edit view options?
I don't like the browser to show and the lower bar in the small form.

1. Set things up the way you prefer, save as Template, use Template when creating a new Project.

Creating a new Project that uses a Template only works for the first Edit in the Project, so if you create multiple Edits in a Project it won't work so well. If you only have one main edit per project it should be fine.

2. Set things up the way you prefer, save as Layout, load Layout after creating new Project or Edit.

I have a few Layouts that I use. I created a hotkey to choose them quickly.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Pough touched an annoyance of mine. A template only works for the first edit in a project. But what if I want all edits to conform to one template? The workaround is to simply copy the first edit several times. But I often find myself needing one more edit after I've already filled up the others, or wanting to switch templates. A "Create new edit from template" option would be greatly appreciated.
Linux version?

I agree. I do too much copying and pasting.

Also, what would anyone say to a feature like "render this track to a new track in another edit?" So when you're done arranging you can bounce tracks to a new edit? I'm not sure that's a great idea at all and wonder what you think. It might be a good way to create a mixing edit and a mastering edit.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

That's a great idea. I always end up having to render all my VSTs to audio and transfer them to a new edit before I mix.
