I'm using Mulab lick a kind of Mainstage (mac) because there is not a lot program able to do same on PC exept Ableton. Probleme Mulab is only midi chanel related for midi input. I have 7 midi input and want do more than just use 16 midi chanel.
Midi output hase a working module in Mulab . Can you add same for midi input in your next release ?

I think this might do the trick:
* In the project modular area add a MIDI Channel Splitter
* Choose Project menu -> MIDI Input Channel Targets
* In that dialog select that MIDI Channel Splitter as target module for all 16 channels
* Set the target channel for each channel like 1 = 1, 2 = 2, 3 = 3, ...
With this setup all MIDI input will be directed to that MIDI channel splitter.

I think OP is saying that each input device supports 16 MIDI channels. So you need more than 16 channels to be able to support all your MIDI sources. If you had a MIDI device input input as the unit of MIDI processing, rather than the channel as it currently is, that would improve things. The modular area doesn't have a MIDI device input.
