MDrummer ADSR envelope, release when note-off

Hi there!
I'm a bit desperate because I can't use the tool as I intended, as a drum machine and drum brake tool.
The only function I'm missing is the release value (for sampler and multisampler) that starts at the midi note off.
You can stop the notes by themself (self-fadeout length) or by others (fadeout length), but not by note off? I just can not find the function, or do you know a way?

I'm afraid I don't understand and don't even know which plugin. Some settings / video would certainly be helpful.

That cannot be done, sorry. MDrummer does not recognize note-offs, as it is a percussive instrument.

I really do wish you would reconsider this!
I found this post through a google search, because I just ran into the same problem.
I have only just started using Mdrummer, although I bought it a long time ago. And honestly... I was pretty shocked to find this feature missing. The main reason I usually choose Melda plugins, is because we can do EVERYTHING that we can possibly think of.
So when I found myself missing a simple ADSR, I was like... wtf
And not only that... I can't find the usual 4 mod sources, so I can't make my own envelope?
I really do hope you could maybe think about this again.
We are not all drummers like you lol.
I make dance music, and that hi hat slot might contain a bongo in 30 mins time, so having to worry about choke groups isn't really sensible.
That said... I am very impressed with how well Mdrummer performs in a dance environment!
It will really improve my workflow, I think. It's just this one issue that does seem out of place with the Melda philosophy.
Even if it was a little box in options that enables "silence on note off" or whatever.
that would be enough for the people that need it.
Oh well... for now I will just have to reserve different drum pads for different length samples

The thing is, introducing this would mean completely reimplement the loop system and I'm afraid there's no dev time for this sorry.

I've just discovered we can add new slots into the drumpad mode, so I'll make do with that
