Abyss registration and unable to sign-in via Tracktion Download Manager

This is weird.

I rec'd notice of the update for the Abyss demo (to 1.01, I believe) via Tracktion Download Manager, so I DL'ed it. I managed to find the funds for purchase, so I did that after I DLed/installed the update. However, when I attempt to register/unlock, I get an odd little box saying that the registration/unlocking message from Tracktion isn't what was expected or is corrupted and I should try back later. I finally followed the the directions for an off-line unlock, but instead of being able to generate an unlock code, I got directions to write a support person (which I did; nota bene: I can sign in to my account on the Tracktion site with no issues). I tried to use Tracktion Download Manager to access my account and was told either the username or password was wrong, or my internet connection had gone bad (it had not as I still had a connection). I changed my password and re-DLed Tracktion Download Manager, but to no avail. Thankfully, I can still access my account directly from the webpage, but cannot access my updates via either Tracktion Download Manager or from within Waveform 11.5. I'm not sure what's going on, but I have a feeling that it has to do with the Abyss update since after my DL/installation of that is when all the issues occurred.

I'd be grateful for any thoughts on this.

Thanks to anyone who was puzzling over this on my account.

I re-DLed the individual installer for Abyss 1.01 from my account, deleted the original 1.01 VST3 and reinstalled using the newly DLed installer.

There are no issues anywhere now: Tracktion Download Manager works fine and I have unlocked Abyss successfully. I'm assuming that something in the first DL of 1.01 was corrupted and otherwise escaped notice of its less than pristine digital state.

I be happily digging into new sounds for the rest of the day.
