Noob question: how to clean up edits?

Hello all. Apologies in advance if this problem has already been solved here but my search here didn't turn up anything relevant nor did the manual. Did I say I was new to Tracktion Waveform?

I've been doing a preliminary multitrack recording for a few days now. My workflow is basically recording a take and if the take is no good, I'll delete it and rerecord the track. Looking at the Projects panel of my edit, I'm seeing takes that have been deleted. Is there any way to automatically clean up the unused takes in Waveform or do I have to go through the files one by one and hopefully not delete any pertinent files?

Yes. There is a menu item to find unused clips. Use this and then select delete from disk.

Found it!...Projects > My Project > Search for Unused Files
