How can I trust KVR if user reviews and stars can be edited by the devs ?! Soundigy not playing fair

From the I get the impression that they're used more by folk who don't user the forums much, more than folk who do. Google reviews for a product, and you'll find the KVR reviews quite prominent among the 'professional' review sites.
Its quite likely that many people who use those reviews don't necessarily check the forums; they may be used to places where the forums are secondary to the review content etc

Well, in this case, I find it pretty lame that the dev thought it could go unnoticed. Why’d he make such a stupid move otherwise? Negative attention is better than none?
