Hi,
I'd appreciate knowing your recommendation regarding MAutoVolume's proper speed for "Acoustic Guitar" (genres Pop and Rock).
As shown in the attached image, I'm referring to the Advanced parameters:
1- Speed %
2- Speed mode (Extreme/Fast/Medium/Slow/Ultra-slow)
Thank you very much!
Carlos

...not sure what you are asking/need, what is the problem/issue, and what you want/need as a result? I will use MAV for a number of different use cases, and the settings depend on the source material and the final context.../s~

I already understood parameters like "sensitivity/range".
For "voice", I watched many tutorials on YouTube and people mostly keep the "speed" defaults (50%+Fast).
Nonetheless, I couldn't find a tutorial about working with MAutoVolume and acoustic guitar.
I'm an inexperienced user just looking for a "speed" starting point for working with an acoustic guitar.
For instance, when you use MAV on an acoustic guitar, are the default speed your start point (50%+Fast)?
Or considering the nature/general characteristics of an acoustic guitar, would you recommend other speed settings than the defaults as a start point?

Well, any "settings" are going to be totally dependent on the source material and the result you are looking to achieve. I've used MAV on all sorts of material, vox, guitars acoustic/electric, base, subgroups, etc. So I can't think of any useful general recommendation/s that would cover any and/or all of them. I'm not trying to be "that guy
," but I think you'll just have to experiment until you find something you like
...it is one of my every mix fundamental goto tools
...hth.../s~
